I was recommended to Alpine Adventure Safaris by my brothers who had climbed Mt Kenya with James before. 
I wanted to climb Mt Kilimanjaro. I joined a group of three hikers who booked through Alpine Adventure Safaris and were going up the Machame route.
We were given the full package starting in Nairobi driven to Arusha stayed overnight before heading up to the park gate.  The organization was excellent!  The overnight accommodations were perfectly organized and our crew was great.  James and his local associates were very helpful and put us in the best conditions to face to the mountain.  We were taken care of from beginning to end and brought back to Nairobi.  I would gladly recommend him and Alpine Adventures to anyone interested in hiking in East Africa,
