NOTE:Above 5500m is a point of no return as it is not possible for a descent a long this way even if its necessary for a critical rescue; So its important that climbers a long this climb are fit enough.
Day 6:-Wake at 0200hrs to attempt the summit Uhuru peak 5896m.The climb follows a steep zigzag trail up a long the crater wall..continue for an hour to reach Uhuru peak at sunrise. After a timely photographing ,descend a long the crater rim via Stella Point 5720m to barafu hut 4600m for breakfast.Descend Mweka Route to the millenium Camp to stay at Mweka hut 3100m for overnight.
Day 7:-After Breakfast, walk down 3hrs through the rainforest to mweka gate 1980m.Connect a vehicle to Mweka town for an overnight in the Hotel where the trip ends.
Important Note:The Breach wall is complicated while it involves a lot of risks possed by falling rocks released by melting ice! Every climber a long this Crater wall must be aware they are taking it at there own risk besides being a difficult route and not forgetting that as the climb gets beyond an elevation of 5500m,its no turning back ! regardless of any evacuation/Rescue becoming very necessary; It can't be climbed down due to its delicate terrain and difficulties associated with its gradient.
