The annual wildbeast(gnus) migration takes place in July and August and ends in september as the animals retreat to Serengeti Tanzania.This is a natural phenomena driven by instinct that animals move in for the tall grass after the long rains experienced from March through April,may and June subsides.

Day 1: Leave Nairobi in the morning for journey taking through the Great Rift Valley.A stop at the Rift Valley view point is a breath taking moment that provides a panoramic view of the escarpment.
The drive continues a long the floor of the rift valley through Maasai land where cultural biodiversity is depicted with the local community in their traditional regalia.Arrive maasai Mara game reserve early evening for a game drive.

Day 2: This is a full day in the vast Savanna Grassland.With a picnic lunch,depart after breakfast for an exploration day in the game reserve.Animal life is abundant while spotting the big five becomes evidence i.e. elephants,lions,buffaloes,black rhino and the shy leopard.Plain animals gnus,zebras,gazells are in plenty scattering and hovering all over as they devour the vegetation while keeping vigil from the inevitable hunt by the carnivores not to mention the lion.Picnic lunch is at the bunks of Mara River as you watch crocodiles and hippos basking by the riversisde.Retire for an ovenight

Day 3:Wake up for a pre-breakfast game drive. Breaksfast is at 0800hrs giving way to the exit of the mara game reserve.Drive to Nairobi as you enjoy the superb countryside characterised by ridges abd rolling hills.
